Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data xdsoft.net collects, why, and how it is handled. The website and the Jodit products are operated by Individual Entrepreneur Adelia Chupurnova (XDSoft), Tbilisi, Georgia. Effective date: August 11, 2026.

The Jodit editor sends us no data

Jodit and Jodit PRO are self-hosted software components: they run entirely inside your own applications and infrastructure. The editor collects no telemetry and processes no data on our side; your content and your users' personal data never reach our servers. License validation is performed locally inside the library; an optional fallback check transmits only the license key and the host name — never personal data — and if our endpoint is unreachable (for example, blocked by a firewall), the software keeps working.

What we collect on this website

  • Account data — email address and optional name when you create an account or sign in.
  • Order and license data — order references, purchased products, license keys and the licensed domains you provide.
  • Support communication — emails, issue-tracker messages and support-chat conversations you send us.
  • Technical logs — IP address and browser information in standard server logs, kept for security and operations.
  • Cookies — a session cookie for signed-in users and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand aggregate site usage.

Payments

Online purchases are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, PayPro Global. Your payment details (such as card numbers) are handled by PayPro Global and never reach our servers. See the PayPro Global legal documentation for their terms and privacy practices.

How we use your data

We use the data above solely to deliver and support what you bought: fulfilling orders, issuing and validating licenses, answering support requests and sending transactional emails about your account or order. We do not sell personal data and we do not send unsolicited marketing — see our Anti-Spam Policy.

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the site — payment processing (PayPro Global), hosting and content delivery, and analytics (Google) — or when the law requires it. We engage no other sub-processors for personal data.

Retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account or license relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as legal obligations (such as accounting) require.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We honor the applicable rights under GDPR and similar data protection laws.
