Jodit has free community support and paid premium support.

## Community Help (Free)

For questions and advice about the editor, start with the community.

Search for your issue on StackOverflow first; someone has probably already run into it. You can also post a question there.

### Supported Versions

Jodit (Free Edition) has been open source under the MIT license from the start and will stay that way.
The Jodit team regularly releases new versions, fixes bugs, and accepts community pull requests.

Because time and resources are limited, we sometimes move our focus to newer versions of the editor (see our release schedule).
We try to keep upgrades between versions simple, and pull requests with new features and bug fixes are always welcome.

## Professional Support (Premium)

Paid licenses (PRO, Multi PRO, OEM) include direct support from the Jodit team.

### PRO Issue Tracker

> Only for OEM/MULTI-PRO/PRO users

Our issue tracker is only for bugs and feature requests.
If you think you've found a bug or have a feature idea, first search the existing issues to check that it hasn't already been reported or fixed.

New Issue Guidelines:

- Begin the title with '[Title Problem]' where appropriate, and use a short description that helps others find similar issues.
    - "doesn't work" ❌
    - "[Button] Add support for " ✅
- Don't group multiple topics in one issue. Create a separate issue for each.
- Don't comment "+1" on an issue. It spams the maintainers and doesn't help move the issue forward.

### Custom work

We also take orders to customize Jodit for your needs. Send us a summary of your requirements. Depending on the complexity of your request, we might:

- Provide a rough estimate of the time and cost involved
- Suggest alternative solutions that might not require Jodit PRO
- Decline the request if it's not feasible due to timing or relevance constraints

> We only consider projects directly related to Jodit. We do not accept general React development work. Our hourly rate is $60, and our daily rate is $600.
